Can I change / add to my order once placed?
Back to TopOnce you have received an order number we are unable to amend your order in any way. We will be able to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order and you can re-order.
Is the delivery cost per item or per order?
Back to TopOur delivery costs are per order. The cost is not dependant upon your order being made up of single or multiple items.
I have 2 orders can they be shipped together?
Back to TopUnfortunately we are unable to combine any orders once they have been placed.
If I place my order on Friday when will it be processed?
Back to TopAll orders placed on a Friday will be dealt with on the following Monday.
How do I return goods?

Why wasn't I refunded the delivery charge when my return was processed?
Back to TopWe will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge, expect in cases where the order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, or if the entire order was faulty.
I entered an alternative delivery address but my confirmation email does not indicate this, has it been changed?
Back to TopNo, our system may not have recorded your information correctly or you may not have completed all three sections fully. You will need to email your new delivery address to ecommerce@fredperry.com quoting your full name and order number.
Where is my delivery?
Back to TopOnce your order is despatched we aim to deliver fast and effectively using DHL. Using the individual tracking number provided by DHL you can track your order at www.dhl.co.uk.
What if my delivery is missing an item?
Back to TopThis is unusual but on occasion an error can occur with our physical stock levels.
If there is an item unavailable the remaining items in your order will be shipped to prevent delay. We will then endeavour to contact you via email to let you know if more stock will become available or if a refund will be made to your card for the missing item.

Does your website display your complete collection?
Back to TopThe e-store only displays a selection from each concept within the collection. For details of our full collection please contact ecommerce or one of our stores who will be happy to talk you through additional items you may be looking for. We do not offer catalogues or brochures.

What are Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?
Back to TopVerified by Visa and and MasterCard SecureCode protect your card twice when you shop online - firstly with a personal message, and secondly with your own secret password.
If your card supports Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, and you have signed up for one of these schemes, a window should appear after you have entered your credit card details asking you to enter your password to confirm your identity.
If you have not signed up for either scheme, a window may appear asking you to sign up with your bank. You can chose to do this immediately, or continue with your purchase and sign up later.
If the window does not appear, your browser may be stopping it. If you find yourself waiting on the page that appears after you have entered your credit card details for more than a minute, please click the 'connect to my bank' link to manually open the window.

I bought an item from a non-Fred Perry store and it is faulty, do I send it back to you?
Back to TopYour first action is to return the item back to the store, if they will not take the item back please let us know via email and we will try to help you further. We will need details such as the store name and the item you are having problems with.
