2008 Entry Form

Please use the form below to enter the 2008 Fred Perry Urban Cup. The competition is a great way to motivate kids from an urban environment. The competition culminates with a regional final and then national final and offers to chance to view exhibition matches, meet Darius Knight and other top media and sporting celebrities.

Entry Rules

  1. All applicants must be under 18 year of age when the Fred Perry Urban Cup Finals take place (September 2008)
  2. All teams must have one girl and one boy member from each of the following age categories: U12, U14, U16 & U18 (8 in total)
  3. With a view to maintaining fair standards across the competition, regretfully we cannot accept entries from table tennis players who have ETTA ranking points
  4. Cut off date for entry to the 2008 competition is May 31st 2008
  5. All teams must provide a current valid email address so that we can notify you promptly with any changes
