The Reissues collection recreates Fred Perry icons from our archive, intricately made in the same fabrics and colours as the originals. Our V-neck jumper was originally designed in the ‘50s for warming up on the tennis court. It later became a smart staple for subcultural icons and teenagers alike. The perfect frame for the collar and button placket of a shirt, the V-neck was also worn as a statement of classroom rebellion. Like their older siblings, the kids wore the Laurel Wreath to bend the rules, without breaking them. Handed down through families and used as goalposts on football fields, this version is made from an acrylic-blend, making it more durable.
