English trio Dodgy formed back in 1992, releasing three singles on their own Bostin Records label, and later signing to A&M on which they released The Dodgy Album (1993), Homegrown (1994) and Free Peace Sweet (1996).
Whilst never the most hotly pursued new act on the scene at the time, Dodgy were always the socially conscious, down to earth likeable guys, who made feel-good pop anthems that captured the mood of Summer of 95, and are perhaps best known by their huge hits from the mid 90s; 'Staying Out for the Summer' and 'Good Enough'
Dodgy are now firmly back on the scene, having released LP 'Stand Upright In A Cool Place' in 2012, and are now back on a tour of the UK across festivals, including Strawberry Fields this weekend, playlist with the likes of The Merrylees, Jaws, The Rifles, Catfish and the Bottlemen, The Family Rain, Dexters, George Barnett, and Young Kato. Live performance was always integral to the Dodgy experience - in one 12-month period between 94/95 they played almost 250 shows
