Bristol pop-punks release 'Vanity Loves Me' EP

Tuesday 22nd March 2016

Having Built up a loyal following in their hometown, playing regularly in small but packed-out venues, and creating a genuine buzz around their local scene, pop-punk three-piece IDestroy recently released their debut EP 'Vanity Loves Me'.

The band are fronted by singer/guitarist Bec Jevons, who manages to combine her hard mod-punk look style with a presence that seems to channel equal parts Shirley Manson and Joan Jett.

The video for the EP's title track is a tongue in cheek testament to their DIY approach and captures the band’s more humorous side whilst showing their punk rock attitude with the infectiously bratty track. Watch the clip below.

No strangers to making things work live - the band's leather clad look and riot grrrl attitude made them the perfect choice to support Cherie Currie (of The Runaways) at her recent show at Bristol Bierkeller. February saw them support UK anarcho-punks Sumhumans at The Frog and Fiddle, Cheltenham too.

Stream the EP below, and read on for the band's upcoming April tour dates.
