Charlie and Alex from Weird Milk, Stroud Green, North London.

Describe your style in three words?
C:
Old, tatty, desperate.
A: Smart, sixties, eeerm... trousers.

What’s the best gig you’ve ever been to?
C&A:
The Lemon Twigs at The Old Blue Last. We had no idea who were they were and we had no idea what to expect - they were the real deal man!! To see a band whose sound was so powerful in every aspect in that tiny room was really inspiring.

If you could be on the line up with any two bands in history?
A:
The Strokes! Track - The Modern Age
C: I would like to have supported Wings. The band The Beatles could have been.

Which subcultures have influenced you?
C:
Surfing, I can't do it though.
A: Glam Rock.

If you could spend an hour with anyone from history?
A:
Leonard Cohen, I read his biography and his life sounded incredible.
C: George Harrison. I think we'd get on really well!

Of all the venues you’ve been to or played, which is your favourite?
A:
Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes. Back on our home turf, we all started playing here!

Your greatest unsung hero or heroine in music?
C:
Dan Hicks (& His Hot Licks) his first album is sooooooo cool.
