D: Black music has always been in my life and has a big impact on how I make music and perform.
T: I was inspired by everything I came across growing up, I just sort of mix it all together.

If you could spend an hour with anyone from history?
D: I would spend an Hour with Donald Glover, he’s super talented in pretty much everything I’m interested in as well and that dude is just hilarious and a genius at the same time.
T: Pharrell Williams because he is the blueprint for so much of my taste in everything.

Of all the venues you’ve been to or played, which is your favourite?
G: Favourite show was the first one we ever did because it felt like our band really came to life that night.
D: Junior Varsity Weekend, I got to perform alongside some of my favourite artists and the whole night was just non stop moshing.
T: Easily the Weekend with Junior Varsity show in LA, there were so many kids there and the energy was amazing.

Your greatest unsung hero or heroine in music?
G: This guy named Sam Gellaitry. I discovered his music when I was in high school and at that time I wanted to become a DJ. He was the reason I bought turntables and honestly really got me to start producing.
D: Daft Punk- They made so many songs that are still being played in clubs and venues and never fails to be recognized by people and make them dance.
T: The Cool Kids are super underrated, their fashion sense production choices and songwriting aged so well and were ahead of their time.
