Cumbrian punk trio COLT 45 recently toured with fellow UK punks The Computers, adding to a an impressive list of support slots alongside the likes of Lower Than Atlantis, Young Guns, Blitz Kids and Three Days Grace

The band have now unveiled the video for new track 'Salt Water', taken from album The Tide Is Turning released earlier this year on Visible Noise - get your copy hereThe Tide Is Turning hints at the band’s new positive outlook, explains frontman Neil Harper -

The Tide Is Turning is actually a lyric from one of the songs on the album. It just stood out for us as a statement which really sums up how we all feel at the moment. We’re still pissed off, but there’s definitely a lot more light at the end of the tunnel now! We’re more balanced, and the record demonstrates that.

The album also comes from a Cumbrian sense of place and pride, from the creative around it – local artist G.J.W.W designed the album artwork, and the music video for 'O.K.' was filmed by Cumbrian Outset Pictures – to the lyrics. The album was crafter with go-to UK rock producer Romesh Dodangoda (Kids In Glass HousesFuneral For A FriendTwin AtlanticMotorhead).
