The Swiss Soul Weekender

Celebrating Vinyl Culture and Soul music

Thursday 2nd March 2017

The Not Too Young Swiss Soul Weekender aims to keep soul progressive and alive, championing the genre’s many diverse sub-varieties.

The Swiss Soul Weekender is a three day programme full of ‘60s Soul, Northern Soul, Crossover, Funk, Modern Soul, Boogie, Reggae and Rocksteady played by DJs and collectors from all over Europe. This year’s billing also welcomes DJs from the US and Russia for the first time.

Now in its sixth year, the event will take place in Lucerne, Switzerland from 3rd - 5th March (2017).

Alongside soul all-nighters at venues such as Madeleine Bar and Bar59, the Swiss Soul Weekender also includes a Brunch, Soul & Record Fair due to take place in the unique setting of Neubad swimming pool.

For an idea of what to expect check out this video of last year's weekender.
