NAMELESS is simply the forthcoming French pop sensation.
Fans of David Bowie and the Strokes, these four Parisian dandies mix eighties influences and catchy tunes through their explosive indie pop/rock & electro cocktails. Started in 2003, NAMELESS hasn’t wasted time: the same year, these high school friends composed the soundtrack of a TV prime time show. The single is released in the French top 50 charts of that year.
Over 300 concerts are then given throughout France between 2004 and 2009, among which some prestigious first parts: Jean-Louis Aubert, The Fratellis, Sinclair, Mademoiselle K…, and, in 2009, their 1st album “Genetically Modified” is released (Dag Prod/Warner) with a critic success.
In September 2010, building from their undeniable stage experience and undisputable talent, NAMELESS came back in studio to compose a new EP.
More mature, these new compositions are terrific and make sweat all the stages where NAMELESS is going to!
This EP created a real buzz in indie pop French scene.
Recently, even the u¨ber-cool record label Kitsuné selected NAMELESS’ track “Angelina” for its latest compilation, Kitsuné Parisien II.
It makes us think that NAMELESS could be one of the best emerging band, and 2012 will be a great year for their classy French pop.
