Tues 12th December
HMLTD have emerged over the last twelve months and established themselves as the most thrilling and vital new band in years. Music, fashion and art collide to create an assault on the senses, their highly-individual pop a whirlwind of creativity and ideas.
Their latest release 'Satan, Luella & I' is a perfect demonstration of their artistic ambition. A six-minute kaleidoscopic, rapturous musical joyride. Flamboyant and freewheeling, the band’s imaginations have created a musical world that envelops the listener. Natural born performers, their live shows turn each room they play into their own, blurring the lines between concert and exhibition, and between performers and audience.
Acclaimed regulars on the current London live scene, Sex Cells are an electro duo comprising Willow Vincent and Matt Kilda who set their combined vocals against a backdrop of synthesisers, drum machines and primitive percussion to create an avant-garde ritualistic feel to their music.
An emerging esoteric band who have made numerous appearances on London's underground gig billings throughout 2017, Gentle Stranger continue to operate under a mysterious low key profile.
Working under a deliberately manufactured degree of anonymity, Clarence Clarity is the moniker chosen by this electronic artist who released his debut '4GODSLUV' in 2012. Electronically Juxtaposing elements of bass, hip-hop and pop with disorienting internet scoured imagery and video, Clarence Clarity is currently signed to maverick label Bella Union.
