Gary Numan looks set to continue his current creative renaissance with a new EP in collaboration with Officers, UK tour dates set for the end of the year, and, upcoming remixes from artists including Tim Burgess.
2011 saw Numan's notable input on the unforgettable "My Machines" with Battles, and the release of his own critically acclaimed "Dead Son Rising". A massive figure in not only electronic music, but also post-punk and new wave, he has been referenced and sampled by artists as diverse as Afrika Bambaataa, Prince and Trent Reznor.

"PETALS" features additional re-working's from Numan’s right hand man Ade Fenton, uber producer, Jagz Kooner (PrimaScream/Oasis/Kasabian) and remixes by LOSERS. Full EP released digitally on 19 November 2012.
The proceeds from the digital release will go to charity – CALM, (Campaign Against Living Miserably), an organization striving to reduce the high suicide rate amongst men under 35 years of age.
Gary Numan will be playing 7 shows in December as the "Dead Moon Falling" tour, featuring brand new songs from the forthcoming album, "Splinter" (due in 2013), plus new versions of tracks from 2011's "Dead Son Rising" album, which are currently being re-worked on by the likes of Tim Burgess, Alec Empire, The Duke Spirit, Alessandro Cortini (Nine Inch Nails) and Gazelle Twin.
