Danish alterna-pop chanteuse Oh Land, a.k.a. Nanna Øland Fabricius, is gearing up for the release of her highly-anticipated second album Wish Bone. Due out early October, the album will be released via Federal Prism, the new label launched by TV on the Radio’s Dave Sitek. Featuring her distinctive brand of left-field pop, Wish Bone includes collaborations with Sia and Dave Sitek. Earlier this month SPIN in the US exclusively streamed a taster track from the new album, titled 'My Boxer' asserting it “a slinky banger, which bobs and weaves with jabbing percussion, glitch electronics and a dangerously hummable melody.”
Wish Bone is the long-awaited follow up to Oh Land’s 2011 self-titled album that garnered overwhelming critical acclaim. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for an announcement about Oh Land’s forthcoming single 'Renaissance Girls'.
