03Interview

Describe your style in three words?

Comfy, simple and classic I guess? I bounce between styles a lot!

The first track you played on repeat?

Fall Out Boy - Thnks fr th Mmrs

This album was one of the first CDs I ever bought myself, and I rinsed it so so hard, this track particularly, it still has a place in my heart.

A song from your favorite album?

The System - Find It In Your Eyes

Not quite an album, but this whole EP is very special to me, this track, in particular, brings back some happy memories. It's just such a sexy track.

A song from your most memorable gig?

James Blake - Love Me In Whatever Way

I saw James Blake perform at Field Day a few years ago and I have to admit, I hadn't listened to his music properly before. He performed this song and it was so so moving, you could have heard a pin drop in the crowd - it's really stuck with me ever since.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

T2 - Heartbroken

Idk what to say about this one, it's just a belter lol.

A new song you're listening to?

OTTO - Bathroom on the Bus

I really love this track at the moment, it's just so speedy and fun!!

Best song to turn up loud?

Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.

This was also on one of the CDs I first bought - I believe it was 'NOW 18' lol. It's still so good and makes me want to sing and dance every time I hear it!

A song that defines the teenage you?

The Blue Nile - Tinseltown in the Rain

I adore this song, it reminds me of being 16 when I lived in Houston driving around at night. It's still such a beautiful record, so timeless.

An anthemic song?

Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants To Rule The World

! Instant serotonin !

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Weezer - Island In The Sun

This is just the best, one of my all-time favourites, great video and perfect wind-down material *cowboy emoji*
