Describe your style in three words?

Piff leng peng.

The first track you played on repeat?

Busted - Year 3000

Because I was born a prima donna, I would start crying if people tried to make me leave the car if this song was playing on the radio. Any time and place were good for playing it.

A song from your favorite album?

Kanye West - Through The Wire

This song from Kanye West's "The college dropout", is really so special. The whole album is such a joyful fight for success and shows (and forebodes) the obstacles Kanye faces and would face. It makes me emotional and hopeful even when i feel desperate.

A song from your most memorable gig?

The 1975 - The Sound

I was at Coachella in the middle of the desert, with my friend/publisher Ben Freeman who had made visuals for them. It was just a lot of emotion to take in, and also the band plastered on the screens hate comments left on their videos which i thought was really fab.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

Lady Gaga - Born This Way

I went into this thinking i was going to flex my rudimentary taste in music, but now i'm just outing myself as a basic ~qween~, but as the song explains, I am born this way. It gets me dancing because it triggers my repressed inner theatre kid.

A new song you're listening to?

Don Toliver - After Party

It's not really a new song, I'm just a hermit. I've only just started taking tik tok more seriously as a viable source of mind-numbing content, and since then I've found this song to be pretty viral on there.

Best song to turn up loud?

Kid Cudi - Pursuit Of Happiness - Extended Steve Aoki Remix (Explicit)

I mean it's the soundtrack to project X, thus making it a certified turn-up tune (shutter shades are essential).

A song that defines the teenage you?

MARINA - Teen Idle

I envision me plastering on layers of kohl eye pencil on a Saturday night in Lisbon, pretending I was Effy from skins and using images with galaxy pattern backgrounds as reference from Tumblr. Portuguese people have just started using rage faces, life is good.

An anthemic song?

Hot Chip - I Feel Better

The lyrics are really powerful but succinct, which I think is a recipe for success songwriting-wise. The intense beat and the chant "Nothing is wasted...and nothing is ours" is just so uplifting, strong and accessible whilst never compromising on Hot Chip's unique sound.

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Jamie xx - I Know There's Gonna Be (Good Times)

I know its not a particularly niche song, but it's just the ultimate vibey tune. Hearing this blaring through the speakers on a summer night/morning just makes me feel like everything is gonna be ok.
