The Indie Label
Market at
Coal Drops Yard

The perfect antidote to Black Friday, Coal Drops Yard hosted the Independent Label Market on Saturday, with some of the most exciting record labels setting up shop.

Vinyl was provided by the likes of Bella Union, Strut Records and Heavenly – local independent labels whose record collections span decades and genres. Amongst brand new EP’s, collectors could get their hands on exclusives, rarities and samples, with some one-of-a-kind merch auctioned off to raise money for War Child UK. Keeping it local, London Brewers’ Market were there to pull pints for the day’s browsers, with DJ sets and live music to keep the party going.

To celebrate our own love of vinyl, we invited West Londoner and founder of the Soul Exchange, Scarlett O’Malley to spin some vinyl at our Coal Drops Yard shop.
