When your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification with your waybill reference and details to track your parcel on the courier website.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in your account. This should show 'complete' instead of 'processing'. Click on 'View Order' against this order to find your tracking number, which you can use to check the progress of your parcel on the courier company website.
