If you failed to reach the order confirmation screen (and to receive an order number), it is likely that your order has not been successful. If this is the case and money has been removed from your account, please be assured that it will be returned.

The funds will be on hold with your bank, and they will release them back into your account in due course. Fred Perry will only keep the funds if an order number is produced, and a successful order placed.
