Based in Northampton, England since 1906, the George Cox name is synonymous with quality craftsmanship and British subcultural movements and their iconic monkey boot has been around for decades. We invited fellow craftsman Nicholas Daley to put his own stamp on this distinctive design. Taking inspiration from ‘70s counterculture and his parents’ club night which ignited reggae sound system culture in the UK, Daley reinterprets the boot in rich suede and colours synonymous with the era. Made in George Cox’s Northampton factory.
