The world is a different place to the one we all knew. Over the last few months, we have all been challenged to think and behave differently, and now the world is beginning to change once more we must make further adjustments to help one another.

The situation is changing daily, and globally we are faced with different challenges at different times. We are being reactive to this ever-changing situation, and we encourage you to stay connected to our community online.

Due to government guidelines, many of our shops are currently closed. For details of individual shop openings, please head to our shop finder.

As shops re-open, here’s what we’re doing in-store to ensure a safe environment for all –

  • Shop staff will wear face masks at all times and we ask shoppers to do the same
  • Only a limited number of customers will be allowed to shop at once
  • Social distancing will be enforced across the shop floor
  • Card / contactless payment only

You are welcome to walk in, but for those who would be more comfortable, we will be offering personal one to one appointments; this bespoke service gives you the chance to browse our products in a safe environment. Our customer service team are very busy and may take a little longer to get back to you, but rest assured we are working hard to respond.

Is my local Fred Perry shop open?

We are trying to keep our shop opening information as up to date as possible. Head to our shop finder to check individual shop’s opening hours.

Are Fred Perry paying their staff?

Yes, all employees will continue to receive full pay and benefits. We are also working hard to pay people throughout the supply chain more regularly.

What about your warehouses?

Our warehouses are still functioning as much as possible; they are working restricted hours and with clear breaks between shifts to minimise contact and to allow for equipment to be deep cleaned. This might mean reduced capacity, but for now, we do what we can.

Any stock that is returned to our warehouse is quarantined for 72 hours before being processed by staff in protective gloves. Returns are then held for a further 4 days before they are then available for sale, ensuring the safety of our staff and customers at all times.

Extended Returns

With the festive season around the corner, we’re now operating with an extended returns policy.

Need to exchange or refund a gift? Any items bought between Friday 16th October and Sunday 13th December will be valid for a full refund until Sunday 10th January 2021.

Goods must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and be unworn, with tickets intact and in a saleable condition.
