Terms & Conditions for the Fred Perry ‘The Specials’ Prize Draw
(the “Prize Draw”)
a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Fred Perry Limited (“Fred Perry”), who can be contacted at 37 Mount Pleasant, Clerkenwell, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0AA.
b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Fred Perry, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c) The Prize Draw starts at 16:00 on 11th April 2019 and ends 23:59 on 10th May 2019 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
a) Participants must be aged 16 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Fred Perry, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Fred Perry, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Fred Perry reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
b) To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form at www.fredperry.com/subculture (an “Entry”).
c) For the avoidance of doubt, only completed forms will be considered to constitute an Entry.
d) The Prize Draw is available online only at www.fredperry.com/subculture.
e) The Prize Draw is not available at: any Fred Perry stores, any Fred Perry concessions in third-party department stores or in any other Fred Perry stockists.
f) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
g) All Entries must be received by Fred Perry during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Fred Perry will not accept responsibility for:
i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
h) On 10th May 2019, one (1) winner will be selected at random, in accordance with the laws of chance using a random number generator, from all valid Entries received.
i) The winner will be notified by no later than 17th May 2019 using the email address they provided in the Prize Draw entry form (“Winner Notification”).
j) The Prize must be claimed by emailing Fred Perry at the email address specified in the Winner Notification within seven (7) days of the Winner Notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
k) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Fred Perry’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. What is the prize?
a) There will be one (1) winner.
b) The winner will receive i) one (1) double AA sided 7”copy of the Record Store Day !10 Commandments” single, which has been signed by The Specials and Saffiyah Khan and ii) one (1) Fred Perry X Amy Winehouse vintage shirt (St Martin’s Fashion School collaboration piece) size to be agreed between Fred Perry and winner); iii) Amy Winehouse “Back to Black” Vinyl LP (courtesy of Universal Music Group); and iv) singed “Encore” CD by The Specials, i)-iv) together being the “Prize”.
c) The winner will receive the Prize via first class post, at the UK postal address they provide to Fred Perry when claiming the Prize, within 14 days of winner validly claiming the Prize.
d) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Fred Perry determines that the Prize is being misused. Fred Perry reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
a) Fred Perry will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
b) If you have elected to be added to Fred Perry’s email database (or the email database of The Specials or Universal Music Group), you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
d) The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Fred Perry may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
e) Fred Perry reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
f) The decision of Fred Perry regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
g) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.fredperry.com.
h) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Fred Perry is not liable for, and you release Fred Perry from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
i) This Prize Draw is run by Fred Perry. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to the Promoter.

k) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
