Released 40 years ago, The Specials’ self-titled debut album was a defining moment in the UK ska scene, with the band immortalising a moment in time in ‘70s Britain. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Specials, we’re releasing three exclusive Fred Perry Shirts, designed by lifelong fans, Art Comes First. Featuring colours found on their new album-cover artwork, each shirt celebrates that progressive first LP and the journey the band have been on since. The slogans on the back of this shirt have been taken from their tour, where protest signs were used on stage.
