Loud, Preternatural, Unconventional.
From the jazzy chords to the relatable lyrics it just felt like a song I needed to hear at that specific moment in my life and I am extremely grateful for that.
King Krule as a whole has been very inspirational for me and this album especially. I could talk about Archy and his projects for days on end (shoutout anp2d) but this album and all of the songs on it will remain my favourite.
It was in Prenton Park and I don't even remember much of the gig however Jeremy Corbyn was there so that was cool.
I discovered this song at a really weird time in my life and it always makes me smile and reminisce which then leads to me throwing some shapes on the dance floor.
I think 'Rhythm Section' and what they are doing as a whole with new up and coming artists is really unique and refreshing to see.
I always listen to this song when I am getting off the train early in the morning to wake myself up a bit.
I listened to this EP heavily throughout my teenage years and all the songs are phenomenal don't get me wrong however I just related to this one most.
I remember being speechless the first time I heard this as I just used to label Dizzee Rascal as the man who'd done 'Bonkers' and nothing else. Oh, I was so wrong if anything I think he is one of if not the best rapper to come out of the UK.
I find Kind of Blue to be really therapeutic I may even go as far to say jazz in general so personally I don't think there is any better way to end a night.
