Chef by profession. I help run 4 restaurants in the city.

Classic, comfortable, Japan.

What music defines the teenage you?
I grew up in the late 70ʼs, early 80ʼs so even if I wasnʼt a teen yet, my uncles,

A song you wished you had written?
'Adagio For Strings' by Samuel Barber.

The best love song of all time?
Toss up between 'Somebody' by Depeche Mode, 'No More I Love Youʼs' by Annie
Lennox, or 'Bituing Walang Ningning (Star Without A Shine)' by Sharon Cuneta.

The best song to bring people together?
Auld Lang Syne.

A song you like that people wouldnʼt expect?
