The Family Rain debut album

Monday 17th February 2014

West-country Englishmen The Family Rain have had a stellar year since playing emerging-music festival Dot to Dot last year, (see footage of this below),

Having headlined at a string of UK dates recently, as well as having supported Jake Bugg, Biffy Clyro, Miles Kane and Deap Vally in the past year, the trio of brothers have now unveiled their debut album 'Under the Volcano', a blues-powered rock n roll release, out now on a Vertigo/Virgin EMI. Accompanying this release are two music videos for 'Trust Me… I'm A Genius', and 'Vulpicide'. ‘Vulpicide’ was produced by Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Band Of Skulls).

Watch The Family Rain chatting to Fred Perry Subculture at Dot to Dot festival last year, and their storming live performance of 'Pushing It', below.
