R: Navy Green Black.
S: M & S.
J: Bernard Barney Sumner.
What brought you and your band together/how did you meet?
I’ve known Samuel since I was 4 and went to school together, Samuel works with Joe.
Your most memorable gig?
Me and Samuel both saw My Bloody Valentine at the Hammersmith Apollo, it was mega. Damien Dubrovnik and the exchange in Bristol.
What British music icons inspire your sound today?
Ian Crause, Bernard Sumner and, Vini Reilly, Brian Eno.
What British subculture do you feel with have the greatest legacy?
Football Casuals, it’s bled into modern society most.
What is your life mantra?
Have it.
What was the first song you played on repeat?
R: 'A Girl Like You' by Edwyn Collins.
S: 'Young Americans' by David Bowie.
J: 'Get Back' by The Beatles.
A song you wish you’d written?
R: 'Bizarre Love Triangle' by New Order.
S: 'Emigre' by Disco Inferno.
J: 'Some Distant Memory' by Electronic.

R: 'Nex Year' by Disco Inferno - They have the best artwork ever.
S: 'Here Come The Warm Jets' by Brian Eno.
J: 'Sunset Gun' by Danse Society – from the album 'Looking Through'.
What music did you listen to growing up? A song that reminds you of your childhood?
R: I was a child of the brit pop era. 'Don’t Look Back in Anger' by Oasis reminds me of being a kid.
S: 'Penny Arcade' by Roy Orbison makes me think of my childhood.
J: Growing up it would be 'Perfect fit' by Van Morrison.
A song that defines the teenage you?
R: 'Plainsong' by The Cure.
S: 'Silly Thing' by the Sex Pistols.
J: 'I Think I Lost My Headache' by Queens of the Stone Age.
A song that brings people together?
'Come Together' by The Beatles.
Your favourite lyric?
R: All the lyrics from 'Summer’s Last Sound' by Disco Inferno - Ian Crause is a Genius.
S: For me it would be “bones of an impressive romance scattered all across the sands” from 'All Across The Sands' by Stone Roses.
J: My favourite lyric is probably from 'Denial' by New Order “it comes and it goes and it frightens me.”
