Describe your style in three words?
Crossover, unique, myself.
The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?
Travie McCoy - Billionaire (feat. Bruno Mars)
This was my favourite song when I was 10 years old, I didn't know English so well, but I learnt the Bruno part and I started singing everytime I could. Years later, when I was 16, I sang it in front of some people and they told me I had a quite good voice, so I started singing.
A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?
Travis Scott - CAN'T SAY
In this track there are two of my favourite artists, Travis and Don Toliver. The lyrics are quite hedonist, but the melody of the beat and the voices blend together creating a psychedelic, hypnotic but at the same time catchy sound. It's just amazing.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Cire Not Yet - Polaroid
This actually is one of my songs. I sang it for the first time in front of my whole school (more or less 900 people) without any rehearsal. It was such a great feeling and an amazing experience to have such a big audience for my first time singing in public.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Shakira - Hips Don't Lie (feat. Wyclef Jean)
This track is a classic. It gives you the right vibes, with the powerful voice of Shakira taking the scene and making everybody going crazy.
A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?
The Weeknd - Save Your Tears
With this album Abel definitely made the next step. He put such a nostalgic feeling in the tracks, thanks to the '80s inspired instrumentals and his melancholic voice. This song in particular goes from dramatic to hopeful. So beautiful.
Best song to turn up loud? And why?
Massimo Pericolo - Polo nord - C+N Progressive Mix
This song is so deep and essential at the same time, plus mixes rap and techno, slowly introducing new elements that add power to the track, which gives you the feeling of being overwhelmed by emotions and like in a party at 6 A.M. you continue to dance even if you are destroyed.
A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?
Skepta - Going Through It
I'm 18, so I'm still in the teenage, but this song is my hymn: I am a guy which wants to be different, and many times the others don't understand you and start to tell you to stop doing unusual things, but as it's said in the track, I've got my vision and I want to pursue it.
An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?
A$AP Rocky - A$AP Forever
Rocky celebrates his crew and himself in this amazing track, with the Moby sample which gives a powerful and almighty touch throughout the first part and then in the second half gives you the feeling of having achieved the victory and celebrating in a oneiric trance.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Paul Kalkbrenner - Sky and Sand
This track has such a relaxing rhythm, the kicks hit perfectly, the melody calms you down, the vocals are chilled but also conscious and the lyrics are like a poem. I love to play it when I travel during the night and the sun starts to slowly rise in the sky. Amazing.
