Describe your style in three words?

That Shouldn't Work.

The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?

Daft Punk - One More Time

My mum had this on CD in her car - I remember in the case was a free entry voucher to Pacha, but I was 7 at the time so it wasn't much use to me. Romanthony who sings on this track died a few years back so this is a nice tribute to him.

A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?

The La's - Way Out

I could of picked any song from this album, but at the moment this one seems to get played the most. Lee Mavers was probably too much of a genius for his own good, and it's a travesty that we only got one album from him. And he doesn't even like it!

A song from your most memorable gig?

Real Lies - North Circular

A testament to my terrible memory, this is actually from the last gig I went to. Jamie XX also does a great remix of this. There's some New Order, some Hacienda, yet to me it somehow just sounds like London.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

David Bowie - Criminal World - 2018 Remaster

Not the Bowie song that most would of gone for, but to me this is actually a better tune than 'Let's Dance' (as good as it is). Probably Bowie's last great album before The Next Day in 2013. Anyway this just has a real groove to it, and the best guitar solo in any Bowie tune.

A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?

The Orielles - Memoirs Of Miso

I just love these guys. Real cosmic pop vibes (Don't tell Liam Gallagher).

Best song to turn up loud? And why?

Underworld - Born Slippy (Nuxx)

It literally tells you to shout Lager, Lager.

A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?

Oasis - Columbia - Remastered

I was pretty obsessed with Oasis as a teenager, I felt pretty angry a lot of the time and the attitude and swagger of Oasis really appealed to me. For me, they never made a better song than this one, although some purists would probably argue 'Listen Up' is better.

An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?

The Stone Roses - I Wanna Be Adored - Remastered

After being there at Heaton Park as 50,000 of us screamed this back to Ian Brown and co, I don't think I could of chosen anything else.

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Tame Impala - New Person, Same Old Mistakes

One of my favorite bands (although I never tire of boring people and reminding them it's actually just Kevin Parker). I tend to make the same mistakes on most nights out. This track has a great groove then really builds into this massive crescendo. Then it's bedtime.
