03Interview

Describe your style in three words?

Brit, casual, modernist.

The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?

The Smiths - Handsome Devil - John Peel Session 5/18/83

I loved this song since the day I discovered The Smiths when I was a teenager and the catchy guitar by Johnny Marr always make me play this song on repeat.

A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?

Fontaines D.C. - Big

It’s an album with a lot of melancholy and this song in particular is a powerful and reflective track.

A song from your most memorable gig?

Babyshambles - Fuck Forever

I went to see Pete Doherty in Milan and the last song of the gig was this one and the crowd went crazy. Memorable.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

The Strokes - Last Nite

I like this song because it's a song that takes me to a happy piace.

A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?

Odd Morris - Cold Water

I discover this band some days ago and this song is great! I would like to listen some more from them.

Best song to turn up loud? And why?

Iggy Pop - Loco Mosquito

I use to listen to this song with my girlfriend and when the song starts we always turn up the volume.

A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?

blink-182 - First Date

I remember I listened to Blink 182 with my cousin and it’s a great memory to me.

An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?

Oasis - Wonderwall

It’s an all time classic. Everywhere I listen to this song every person starts singing.

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Arctic Monkeys - When The Sun Goes Down

It’s the perfect song to end a party night because it starts very quiet but then it becomes a banger.
