Anton Wirjono has been dubbed as one of the forefathers of Indonesiaʼs music scene and urban street culture. He is a seasoned disc jockey, music producer and entrepreneur who also runs a fashion store, a diner and café and an events agency. He has won several awards including Ravelexʼs House DJ of the Year 2005, Paranoia's Milestone award in 2007 and Redmaʼs Lifetime Achievement award in 2008. Wijorno also runs Future10 Productions, an events production agency, which was awarded Redmaʼs Best promoter/ Event Organiser in 2007.

Azuma Makoto

Azuma Makoto is owner of the haute-couture floral shop, "JARDINS des FLEURS" in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Makoto has been in the flower business since 2002, beginning his career as a flower artist in 2005. From April 2007 to March 2009, he ran private gallery "AMPG" in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo, to exhibit his works. Later in 2009, he founded an experimental laboratory "Azuma Makoto Kajyu Kenkyusho" (abbr. AMKK; meaning Azuma Makoto Botanical Research Institute) and ever since then, has been expanding art activities pursuing the infinitive potential of plants. Every activity of Azuma Makoto focuses on elevating the value of flowers and plants by finding unique and mysterious forms that they possess. Respecting the existence of nature and keeping its dignity, he converts and expresses these beautiful elements to aesthetic level of artwork.

Bora Aksu

London based Turkish designer Bora Aksu received his first accolades when he graduated from Central St Martin's MA in 2002. Hailed as "the star of the show" by The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian and The Independent, Bora's collection also attracted the eye of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabanna who purchased pieces to use as inspiration. A resounding success, his debut at London Fashion Week '03 was named "one of the top five shows" by The Guardian and subsequently led Aksu to receive a NEWGEN award, placing him on the official LFW schedule the very next season. Four consecutive NEWGEN awards were given to Bora in total; who remains on the official LFW schedule. Always happier in the background and rarely giving interviews, Bora prefers to let his designs do the talking. Through his career he has developed a very distinct signature. Romantic but always with a dark twist, his demi-couture pieces are full of elegance, intrigue and seduction.

Covenant

Covenant are an electronic band formed in 1986 in Helsingborg, Sweden. Entertaining the underground industrial scene, the band has performed live in over 40 countries. The group consists of Eskil Simonsson, Joakim Montelius and Daniel Jonasson. Releasing music since the early 1990s, their sound is a mixture between synthpop and electronic body music. The band is currently working on their 8th full length album.

Douglas Coupland is a Canadian novelist, visual artist and designer. His first novel, Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture was released in 1991. He has since published thirteen novels, a collection of short stories, seven nonfiction books, and a number of dramatic works and screenplays for film and television. Coupland's novels and visual work synthesize high and low culture, web technology, religion, and changes in human existence caused by modern technologies.

Douglas J. McCarthy

Douglas John McCarthy (born 1 September 1966) is the vocalist of Chelmsford, Essex-based EBM band Nitzer Ebb. Aside from writing and performing with Nitzer Ebb, McCarthy has also appeared on recordings by Recoil and has released material in collaboration with DJ Terence Fixmer as Fixmer/ McCarthy. He has also contributed vocals to tracks by Die Krupps, Motor, Kloq and Client. Pylon released his first solo full length album in November 2012, called Kill Your Friends.

Ed TSUWAKI

Born in Hiroshima in 1966, illustrator, art director and artist Ed Tsuwaki started work in the 1980s. A versatile creator; Tsuwaki specialises in drawing, painting, illustration, art direction, graphic design, photography, dress-making, fine arts and writing. Known for his characteristic female figures, Ed came up with the idea that the famous Fred Perry Laurel Wreath could be re-interpreted as horns. The featured girl then tells of the brand's founder and its 60 year history, as shown on the shirt.

Eko Nugroho

Eko Nugroho is one of the most acclaimed members of the current generation of Indonesian contemporary artists. He is deeply engaged with the culture of his time and is committed to making socio-political commentary in his work. His works are grounded in both local traditions and global popular culture. Photographer Ari Versluis and profiler Ellie Uyttenbroek have worked together since October 1994. Inspired by a shared interest in the striking dress codes of various social groups, they have systematically documented numerous identities over the last 16 years. Rotterdam's heterogeneous, multicultural street scene remains a major source of inspiration for Ari Versluis and Ellie Uyttenbroek, although they have also worked in many cities around the world since 1998. They call their series Exactitudes: a contraction of exact and attitude. By registering their subjects in an identical framework, with similar poses and a strictly observed dress code, Versluis and Uyttenbroek provide an almost scientific, anthropological record of people's attempts to distinguish themselves from others by assuming a group identity.

Geoff McFetridge

Geoff McFetridge is a Canadian born artist, based in Los Angeles. He attended the Alberta College of Art, followed by training at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts. Instinctively ignoring creative boundaries, McFetridge is a multidisciplinary artist and "an all-round visual auteur". From poetry to animation, graphics to 3D work, McFetridge has complete control over these widely divergent disciplines. His work featured in the highly successful Beautiful Losers Exhibition. His solo exhibitions have been received globally from Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, London, the Netherlands and Japan.

Goose

Goose are a Belgian electro rock band consisting of members Mickael Karkousse, Dave Martijn, Tom Coghe, and Bert Libeert. They are currently signed to !K7 Records. The band formed in the summer of 2000 in Kortrijk, Belgium. Although they first starting out as an AC/DC-style covers group; the band quickly turned to writing and recording their own songs, heavily incorporating synthesizers and electronic sounds.

Hiroko Takahashi

Horace Panter

Although Horace is better known as the bassist in one of Britain's most iconic bands, The Specials, he graduated in 1975 with a degree in Fine Art from Coventry's Lanchester Polytechnic (now Coventry University). Most of his career has been defined by music, but art has always been in the frame, so to speak! When The Specials reformed in 2008, thus ending a 10 year stint as the Head of Art at a local secondary school, he found he had a lot more time to concentrate on his own art practice. In November 2011, Horace had his first art exhibition at The Strand Gallery in London and his art is now available in various galleries throughout the UK as well as Singapore.

Les Inrockuptibles is a French cultural magazine. Starting life as a monthly magazine in 1986, the title became weekly in 1995. The name is a play on "Les Incorruptibles", the French translation of the American television series The Untouchables. Les Inrockuptibles is routinely nicknamed "Les Inrocks". In the beginning, rock music was the magazine's primary focus, though every issue included articles on other artistic domains. Today, many other topics are tackled including cinema, literature and society. Les Inrockuptibles has been instrumental in popularising indie rock music, with bands such as the Smiths and The House of Love in France and Francophone countries. Mark Baxter

Mark Baxter is a South East London native, and in his time has been a Camden market stall holder, a DJ, the owner/ buyer of a clothes shop, a music event promoter and a publicist for well-known companies and individuals. In the last ten years, he has also made his mark in the world of publishing. His first book, The Fashion of Football (Mainstream, 2004), which he co-wrote with Paolo Hewitt, was voted as one of just fifty top football books of all time by the magazine 442. His second book, The Mumper, also co-written with Paolo, (Orion) was the inspiration for the film Outside Bet starring Bob Hoskins with a soundtrack by Paul Weller. Mark and Paolo collaborated again on The A-Z Mod (Prestel). He has had two books published on the area of Walworth, SE17. A supporter of Millwall FC, Mark lives in London and is a life-long advocate of the jazz musician Tubby Hayes.

Nitzer Ebb

Initially formed in Chelmsford, Essex by school friends Douglas McCarthy, Vaughn "Bon" Harris and David Gooday in the mid 1980's, Nitzer Ebb were influenced by the harder sounds of the early electro pop scene, but also distilled elements from several other genres. The band created their own identifiable sound characterized by powerful rhythms, minimal sequencer bass and hooklines and fierce, chanted vocals. Signing to Mute Records (the UK's biggest electronic record label) in late 1986, they released the brutal beats of Murderous (1986) and international funk aggression of Let Your Body Learn (1987).

Danish trio Panamah make electronic and minimalistic pop songs. Their sources of inspiration include both contemporary artists like Junior Boys, Booka Shade and Bat for Lashes, and classic icons such as Kate Bush and Simon & Garfunkel, but the tone is unmistakably theirs: cool, controlled and experimental, yet melodic, catchy and present. Peter Jensen

Phunk Studio is a Singapore-based contemporary art and design collective formed by four local artists and designers: Alvin Tan, Melvin Chee, Jackson Tan, and William Chan. Phunk began life in 1994 when the members were fellow design students at LASALLE College of the Arts. The collective blend and reinterpret influences, such as traditional Chinese mythology, craft and philosophy, alongside folklore, Hong Kong wuxia, Japanese manga and otaku subculture. Their creations aim to reflect their multicultural identity, background and environment.

Pierre Debusschere

Belgian director, photographer and curator Pierre Debusschere utilises innovative technologies to create high impact visuals. In 2009, he founded 254FOREST, a visionary creative studio working in the realms of film, art, photography and music. Debusschere has created striking campaign films for Lane Crawford and Raf Simons, where he was appointed online art director in 2009. He currently curates Simons' online content and has taken the lead on their brand development. In 2010 Debusschere had a solo film exhibition at Colette; and most recently directed a film for the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Pompeya

Pompeya are an up-and-coming indie pop band from Russia, made-up of members: Daniil Brod, Denis Agafonav, Nairi Simonian and Alexander Lipsky. The band have released two albums and quickly gained popularity and recognition after being named the best Russian band in 2011 by results of user voting in the portal Look At Me.

PPQ

Fashion Label - UK

In London, 1992, Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker launched fashion label PPQ creating the inimitable style that continues to set the beat for London's fashion drum today. From the early days there were zeitgeist design moves; PPQ spearheaded the drainpipe jean revolution dressing music maker's including Amy Winehouse and Peter Doherty. The label's signature smocks and modern cocktail dresses soon became fashion insider staples. Fashion’s best kept secret inevitably rolled off tongues and on to London Fashion Week's official show calendar to continued success. Today, the design duo craft cutting-edge collections in strong shapes and bold prints incorporating elaborate fabrics in a spectrum of directional colours.

Pure Evil

Artist - UK

London based street artist Pure Evil has been heavily influenced by West Coast skateboard culture and graffiti artists such as Twist and Reminisce, following a ten-year stay in California. His passion for urban art culture led him to pick up a spray can and start painting strange fanged rabbits wherever he could. The artist has developed a distinctive style, with his artistic vision of "darkness on an unsuspecting world" continuing to aid the creation of new works.

Raf Simons

Fashion Designer - BE

Raf Simons is a Belgium born fashion designer. Graduating in 1991 in Industrial Design and Furniture Design he began work as an interior designer for both residential and gallery spaces. In a radical change of profession he became a self-trained menswear designer in 1995 and launched the Raf Simons label. Often viewed as one of the most influential contemporary fashion designers, Simons is famed for his faultless tailoring, clean lines, innovative quirks and bold use of pattern and colour. There are notable references to Simons industrial design background and affiliation to music throughout his collections. A lifelong fan of Fred Perry, Simons has collaborated on six capsule men's collections with the brand, his most recent launching in March 2013. Raf Simons was appointed as the creative director at Christian Dior in 2012.

Rasher

Rasher (Mark Kavanagh) was born in 1977 in the seaside town of Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. A self-taught artist; Rasher works in his preferred medium of oil paints. After attracting interest with several self-mounted shows, he held successful solo exhibitions in Dublin and Los Angeles, gaining international publicity and appearances on the Late Late Show. He has firmly established himself as one of the most interesting painters of his generation, continually striving for more challenging ideas and techniques in painting.

Rob Whoriskey

Irish born Rob Whoriskey is an illustrator, printer, painter and visual collaborator living and working in London. He has worked with Oki-Ni, Art Wednesday, Jaguar Shoes and i-D online and designed prints for menswear designer Christopher Shannon. His personal work is fed by a desire to find common visual ground to encourage acceptance and integration, it's also fed by a desire to make your eyes feel a wee bit happy.

A collaboration between Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery, SIBLING is all for one and one for all; the trio sharing a strong heritage of experience with top-level designers. SIBLING launched on May 29th, 2008 born from a desire to give knitwear for men a shake-up with cartoon ka-pows of colour and bams of very English humour. The first collection included bright and playful subversions of classic knitwear styles, such as cashmere twinsets in sequin, leopard, and sparkling Bretons.

The Specials

Artist - UK

The Specials are a British 2 Tone ska revival band, formed in 1977 in Coventry, England. The group has gained a global following not only for their music, but for the informed political and social stance that stands behind their lyrics. Described as having a "danceable ska and rocksteady beat, with punk's energy and attitude". Between 1979 and 1981 the ska revival outfit achieved Top 10 chart success, with singles including Too Much Too Young and Ghost Town. After a 27 year hiatus, the band reformed in 2008 with several festival appearances and a successful tour. The band shares a long-standing relationship with Fred Perry, creating two collaborative collections and co-hosting a series of after-show parties during their 2011 European Tour. In August 2012, The Specials released a brand new live album called More...Or Less The Specials Live on CD, featuring performances from their 2011 European tour.

Stüssy

Shawn Stussy started selling hand screened t-shirts and surf boards in the 1980's around California's Laguna Beach area. Working alongside an international group of musicians, skaters, DJs and artists known as the "tribe", Shawn has built his scrawled signature logo into an internationally recognised streetwear label.

Terry Hall

Terry is the lead singer of The Specials, and formerly of Fun Boy Three, The Colourfield, Terry, Blair & Anouchka and Vegas. He has released two solo albums and has also collaborated with many artists including David A. Stewart, Bananarama, The Lightning Seeds, Sinéad O'Connor, Stephen Duffy, Dub Pistols, Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, Tricky, Junkie XL, Leila Arab, Lily Allen, Shakespears Sister and Nouvelle Vague.

Tom Tosseyn

Graphic Designer - BE

Tom Tosseyn is a graphic designer from Leuven, Belgium. He graduated from the Graphic Design Department at the Antwerp Academy of Fine Arts in 1998. During his studies, Tom designed t-shirt graphics, logos, invitations and branding for a number of clothing stores and claimed the streets of Antwerp with his guerilla art. Tom Tosseyn has worked for several international clothing brands and high fashion labels, including Capara, Tim Coppens, Adidas, Hugo Boss, Diesel, Raf Simons and Jil Sander. Since 2010 Tom Tosseyn has taught at KASK in Ghent, as part of the Fashion and Textile department.

Walter van Beirendonck

Walter van Beirendonck is a Belgium based fashion designer, who was part of the famous "Antwerp Six" that showed as part of the British Designer Show in 1987. Since his early collections, Walter has been inspired by art, music and literature, his work combining these elements with ethnic and nature influences. Van Beirendonck has regularly participated in art exhibitions and has designed costumes for ballet, theatre and film. Currently Van Beirendonck is the Head of the Fashion Department at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen).

Wood Wood

Wood Wood is a Danish fashion label created by Karl-Oskar Olsen, Magnus Carstensen and Brian Jensen. The concept started in a basement shop in 2002, with a collection consisting solely of t-shirts with self-designed graphics. Today, Wood Wood have 5 stores: one in Aarhus, one in Berlin, one in Vienna and two located in their native Copenhagen.

Yukihiro Takahashi

Takahashi joined the Sadistic Mika Band in 1972. And formed Yellow Magic Orchestra (Y.M.O.). Currently a solo-musician, while being a member of "The Beatniks" and "Pupa". Since "Saravah!" in 1978 until "Page by Page" in 2009, he has published 22 albums and had a long career as a fashion designer. "I think Fred Perry's most appealing point is its minimal design, which could be rather called 'beauty of function'. And the design would be the reason why the brand which originally sportswear brand founded by a great Tennis player was adopted as fashion brand especially supported by 60s Mods". "I was born in 1952, same year as Fred Perry. There is a thought in Japan that 60 years is one term of human's life. New life (history) begins here for both of us".
