Tuesday 20th March 2012

Record Store Day seems to come around quicker every year, and amongst the limited edition treats out on 21st April, aimed at getting us all into the shops and buying physical formats of one type or another, is a 7" vinyl picture disc of seminal Sex Pistols anti-them "Anarchy In The UK". Originally released in 1976, the re-mastered re-release marks The Sex Pistols' recent signing to Universal Music Catalogue.

The single will also feature original b-side track “I Wanna Be Me”, available internationally, but limited to just 3,500 records. Plans are currently underway to re-release the classic album “Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols” as an expanded and repackaged release this year, to commemorate the band’s 35th Anniversary.
