Describe your style in three words?

Parisian, punk, prep.

The first track you played on repeat?

Arctic Monkeys - Pretty Visitors

'Humbug' was the first vinyl I bought when I got my record player and I used to listen to it constantly. There are definitely other songs from childhood I had on loop before this, but pretty visitors is a core memory.

A song from your favorite album?

The National - Graceless

This one is a given - it's my socials namesake. 'Trouble Will Find Me' will always be an album I could never get sick of because it's just too beautiful. No matter where I am it grounds me in a way, it's music I can always relate to.

A song from your most memorable gig?

Wolf Alice - Planet Hunter

Wolf Alice have been one of my favourite bands since I was fifteen. I saw them play Bowery Ballroom this past year with a bunch of people I've met through live music. We started a massive circle pit and they posted a video of us (and my photography!) I fully sobbed during this song.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

The Clash - Train in Vain (Stand by Me) - Remastered

No matter what, this song will always put me in a good mood. It's the perfect dive bar with a sticky floor sing and dance around with your friends song.

A new song you're listening to?

Geese - Opportunity is Knocking

There was so much good music that came out this past year it's hard to choose, but Geese are great, check 'em out.

Best song to turn up loud?

Pixies - Hey

I have many memories of late nights blasting this song with my friends. Everyone always knows it. All of 'Doolittle' needs to be played loud.

A song that defines the teenage you?

Tame Impala - Why Won't They Talk To Me?

Every part of my teenage experience can be defined by this song.

An anthemic song?

New Order - Temptation - 12" Version

This is my favourite song of all time - growth, change and finding yourself. These are universal experiences for any person, which is what I think makes it such an anthem. Any major point in my life is soundtracked to this song, it's a feeling that reminds me I'm alive and who I am.

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Grapetooth - Red Wine

Always, with a glass of red wine in hand as the sun rises. Mellow and strange yet still dance-able.
