British multidisciplinary artist Corbin Shaw puts his stamp on the Fred Perry Shirt. A celebration of his beloved hometown, Sheffield, patches are stitched to the body, with an embroidered poem on the back.

We invite exciting creatives and designers from around the world to put their stamp on the Fred Perry Shirt, using the design as a blank canvas for self-expression. Best known for his exploration of identity through the medium of textile, East London based, Sheffield born artist Corbin Shaw uses his upbringing in the South Yorkshire ex-mining town to investigate masculinity and all its complexities and nuances. Breaking stigmas and stereotypes through his re-imagination of masculine 'icons' and objects, Shaw pays homage to the people and places that have shaped his northern identity – pubs, football pitches and boxing gyms. A love letter to Sheffield, this take on the Fred Perry Shirt features a bespoke poem on the back, embroidered ‘Love Catherine’ lettering on the sleeve and ‘Dear Sheffield’ patches stitched proudly at the chest.
